The first Islamic center in Staten Island was established in the year of 1973. Under a identity "Islamic Mesjid of Staten Island". On Sep 16 1990 The Islamic Center relocated an redefined its name to the AICC which is "Albanian Islamic Cultural Center". Under very qualified and dignified Imam in this remarkable achievement not only did the community of Staten Island reach Golden Heights but also world wide recognition

The AICC is a overwhelming three floor structure with each floor having 11000 SQFT, with mezzini of 4000SQFT and a parking area 23000SQFT and a Minaret of 100 feet.
